What is Kainos Leadership?
Kainos Leadership is a coaching and consulting practice that is the result of more than 35 years of Geoff Bynum’s experience in business management and leadership along with church planting, pastoral care and personal development.
Who is Geoff Bynum?
I began my career as a television news anchor and reporter after obtaining a bachelors degree in Broadcast Communications. After a few years in broadcasting, I moved into marketing and sales management in occupational healthcare. I spent more than a decade working as a consultant to every kind of industry imaginable, helping to keep employees healthy and companies compliant with federal regulations.
After 15 years in the corporate world, I headed back to school for ministry leadership at age 40.
In 2006, I planted The Vineyard Church in Katy, Texas along with my wife D’Anne and a small team of friends.
In 2015, I completed a two year certification in leadership coaching and began coaching work with leaders, teams and individuals seeking clarity and direction for implementing change in their lives.
I returned to school in 2019 to complete a masters degree in Christian Spiritual Formation and Leadership as a means of expanding my ability to help others live and lead deeply successful lives.
My education and training in Communications, Management, Leadership Coaching, Pastoral Care and Christian Spiritual Formation provides a unique approach to coaching and consulting. My passion is to help individuals and teams live and lead from a place of deep wholeness for a deeply successful life.
I am a seasoned veteran at failure, perseverance, leadership and change.
