I make a clear distinction between leadership and management. Leadership is required when there is a journey of change to be undertaken.  Management focuses on maintenance and incremental improvement for efficiency.  While we need both effective leadership and great management to succeed, my focus is specifically on the needs of leadership for making essential change, both personally and organizationally.

This is not a one-size fits all program. It’s a relationship tailored uniquely to you and your team.

I help leaders explore three key ingredients for leading change, whether personal or organizational: 

1. The CLARITY of vision needed for a fresh future. Clarity is key and it’s powerful. Once you clearly see the possibilities, you will find an energy that refreshes you and those you lead.

2. The CAPACITY to undertake the necessary steps of change.  You’ll discover new strategies that energize you, once you’re clear about direction.

3. The COURAGE to deal with the challenges ahead. Change is never easy. But with fresh vision and a partner to walk alongside you, you’ll be amazed at what you and your team can accomplish.

I offer a unique kind of leadership coaching that focuses on developing new goals and strategies for change, along with looking at the foundational health of everything in your life – and the life of the organization you serve. Because everything in life is connected.  Professional and vocational flourishing is contingent upon personal and relational wholeness first.

Success is always an inside job.

Every coaching relationship begins with a conversation.  We simply seek to discern together what’s working and what isn’t. What might change look like? Why is it necessary and how can you engage in all of it?  Then I help you implement the steps needed to move into the transformational change you know you need.

Engagement with me can come in a variety of forms.  From weekly Zoom meetings, to multi-day workshops to weekend retreats.  Transformational change is not quick or formulaic. It requires deep and sometimes difficult work for you and your team. And it always takes time. We do not fall for the “quick fix” fallacy, though significant change can come quickly, when we truly desire it.
